Notice — EDUXENCE Transferred to Teacher ONE

A single product now, not two

Imperial Eminence Cyberguard Corporation ("IECC") gives notice that EDUXENCE has been transferred to, and now continues as part of, Teacher ONE, IECC's product for CBSE Class 10 and 12 study.

1. Origin

EDUXENCE began as Scholar Pro Connect, a school project, before being formally renamed EDUXENCE and continued as a going concern of IECC.

2. Transfer to Teacher ONE

EDUXENCE is transferred to Teacher ONE in full. EDUXENCE does not continue as a separate product; every function it performed is now performed within Teacher ONE, described below.

3. About Teacher ONE

Teacher ONE is IECC's single application for a CBSE student's entire academic life — replacing the separate tools a student would otherwise keep open for notes, question banks, mock tests, answer evaluation, diagrams, revision, and an AI tutor. It is grounded in the CBSE syllabus throughout: it retrieves before it answers, and declines to guess rather than invent.

4. Continuity

Any account, progress, or record held under EDUXENCE is carried forward within Teacher ONE. Enquiries should be directed to IECC through the channels published at imperialecc.com, or at teacher.imperialecc.com.
